5 choices to make around Habits

Are you ready to change your HABITS?

Today I read this wonderful piece/poem on habits from my Yoga teacher friend Liat Fineberg. I think that we all are ‘trapped’ by habits that we would like to break. For a few minutes today try and focus on where you are in taking responsibility for these habits. Maybe it is time to stop or do something different. The ideas are simple and powerful. While reading it, decide which one you are, and then decide which one you want to be.

1) I walk down the street.
There is a hole in the sidewalk.
I fall in.
I am lost…. I am hopeless.
It isn’t my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.
2) I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don’t see it.
I fall in again.
I can’t believe I’m in the same place.
But it isn’t my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.
3) I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in … it’s a habit.
My eyes are open.
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.
4) I walk down the same street
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.
5) I walk down another street.

Speaks for itself…

“We become what we repeatedly do.”

Due to the success of the MINDBODY Workshop – Decoding the Body’s Messages, I have been asked to run more workshops. It will be easier for me if you let me know what days of the week are best for you. I have had requests for an evening workshop which I am happy to run as well. 2 Upcoming workshops (please reply to this email for details – BOOKING ESSENTIAL):

Evening Workshop – 17th and 24th June

Morning Workshop – 18th and 25th June

Tel Aviv:

Morning Workshop – 21st and 28th June

Here is some feedback from the workshop,
The workshop taught me how to connect to my body and how to decipher the personal messages that my body is communicating to me. This helps me to live my best life! So worthwhile!

Wishing you a beautiful week filled with contemplative moments and resolution around some habits.
